PRICES
All prices shown on the website are all inclusive. For orders below euro 70,
a small freight charge of euro 4.50 will be applied – larger orders are
delivered free of charge.
VAT / Tax / Mwst
All prices are shown including 17.5% British VAT (Tax / Mwst).
Customers living outside EU will not be charged VAT on the invoice (see “Dutyfree
within EU”), but normally the local tax will be applied by the customs
duty inspection upon entry into the country. The Tax will be removed from prices
when you have signed in.
The VAT-rate applicable for your purchase will be clearly shown at check-out.
Duty-free within EU
If you are domiciled within EU, no customs or other duties will be charged
upon import. All our products are classified as Food Supplements according to
UK legislation, and can be freely sold within EU
If you live outside EU (eg. Switzerland), a customs duty will be levied upon
import, plus the sales tax (VAT / Mwst) for your country. Normally the customs
authorities will also levy a small handling charge.
Price changes
Arthrovital Ltd. reserves the right to change prices without notice. The price
as displayed at the time of order, and as confirmed in the email order confirmation
is final, and will not be changed despite of later price increases before delivery
takes place.
DELIVERY
We deliver our goods from our UK warehouses to all European customers. Each
order will be accompagnied by an invoice and a packing list.
Orders below a value of euro 70 will attract a freight charge of currently
euro 4.50. Larger orders are shipped free. The freight charge – if any
- is clearly shown during checkout.
All goods shown in our shop are available from stock, and will be despatched
soonest possible after we have received your order. Orders received before 07:00
AM a normal workday are despatched the same day – orders hereafter will
be despatched the following workday.
You will receive an email from us when your order has been despatched.
All orders are despatched as mail parcels. If you are not at home at the time
of the mail delivery, please expect that the parcel must be collected at your
local post office.
We do not use Track & Trace numbers.
PAYMENT
Payments are made via Paypal. You can use any international credit card, or
you own Paypal account. Payments are effectuated on Paypal secure servers to
ensure your private details.
ERRORS AND SHORTCOMINGS
If the parcel and its contents have been damaged during transport, or in case
anything is missing, please contact Customer
support. Please describe the extent of the damage in your email, and if
possible, please attach a digital photo.
RETURNS
In case you want to return the goods, please contact us before sending it. We
will then instruct you of return address and give you a return number that must
be written outside the parcel.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
You can place your order in one of these ways:
Online Webshop
We recommend to order via the on-line webshop. This way you control all aspects
of the order yourself.
Should you for any reason have problems ordering online, please see our help
guide, or use one of the below alternatives.
Per Email
You are welcome to send an ordinary email to customer service describing your
order. Please state you full address including telephone number. List the product(s)
you wish to purchase.
You will receive an order confirmation per email as soon as we have recorded
your order
Order per letter
You can send an ordinary letter to our office. Please expect that this will
delay the despatch of your order up to two weeks depending on the mailclass
used.
